We except exchanges 15 days from purchase in store or 15 days after the item(s) has been delivered by USPS or UPS. 

You can exchange items purchased in store or online either by coming into our Westwood Shop OR mailing the item(s) back to our Westwood store. We do not cover return shipping, as we cover ALL shipping cost (Within the US) to mail the packages out. 

For Exchange in Store - Please visit our store in Westwood, NJ with your order number (5 or 6 digit number) 

For Exchange Online - Please mail the package back to our Westwood, NJ Store

Please include a note (or the receipt inside the package) of the order number, reason for exchange and what you would like to exchange items for.  If we can fulfill that request, we will ship with shipping notification sent to you.  If we can not fulfill the request we will send an email with return credit that can be used in store OR online and NEVER expires.

Once orders leave our shipping facility they are in the hands of USPS or UPS. On a case by case basis we can help with lost packages, but if a package is marked DELIVERED, we assume that the package has been delivered. Any further help with delivered packages must be through USPS or UPS.
