RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
We accept exchanges 14 days from purchase in store or 14 days after the item(s) has been delivered by USPS or UPS.
You can exchange items purchased in store or online either by coming into our Ridgewood Shop OR mailing the item(s) back to our Ridgewood store. We do not cover return shipping, as we cover shipping costs on orders over $75 (Within the US) to mail the packages out.
Jewelry, Accessories, Custom Items, Vintage & Sale items are all FINAL SALE.
For Exchange in Store - Please visit our store in Ridgewood, NJ with your order number (5 or 6 digit number)
For Exchange Online - Please mail the package back to our Ridgewood, NJ Store
Hunt & Orchard - 30 Cottage Pl. Ridgewood NJ
Please include a note (or the receipt inside the package) of the order number, reason for exchange and what you would like to exchange items for. If we can fulfill that request, we will ship the exchange out with shipping notification sent to the email on file. If we cannot fulfill the request we will send an email with store credit that can be used in store OR online and NEVER expires.

Once orders leave our shipping facility they are in the hands of USPS or UPS. On a case by case basis we can help with lost packages, but if a package is marked DELIVERED, we assume that the package has been delivered. Any further help with delivered packages must be through USPS or UPS.
